Shanita Watson Owner and Founder of Elite Premier Financial Service, LLC and The Elite Premier Career Academy™ started out in Corporate America, as a Human Resource Manager and was laid off in 2014.

She was presented with an opportunity to work in a Tax Office, and after a year working as an individual Tax preparer, Shanita was promoted to office manager. While being responsible for teaching other individuals how to professionally handle clients and properly prepare Tax Returns, she learned the ins and outs of running a Tax Business.

In 2016, she opened her first Tax Preparation Business and five years later, she has over 500 loyal Tax Clients, and has since opened Elite Premier Career Academy™, where she teaches men and women the fundamentals of preparing individual and business Tax Returns, and how to open and maintain a recession proof Tax Preparation Business.
